Krokodil

Despite having been invented for medical use in 1932, when it was called desomorphine, the current drugs more deadlyand powerful than exists today just started making success even in the last 10 years, in particular after his relatively simplemethod of manufacture was discovered.

To synthesize the drug, which has its base in codeine, you need to add thinner, phosphorus (in boxes) and hydrochloricacid, among other ingredients, and heat them. One of the main chemical compounds is called Alpha-clorocodida, whichmay have been one reason for his name.

Another would be the skin reaction to contact with needles, since the drug is injectable, such as heroin, and is evencompared with the drug, since both have originating opium. However, the Krokodil necrosa and destroys, so visually welldisturbing, all the veins and skin wherever she goes. Therefore, most addicts  who have an estimated 2 to 3 years of life after engage in addiction  spend little, of 10 to 20 times less than heroin addicts, but the price charged is another: the weather. After all, with the speed that kills, the Krokodil is a slow suicide, nor so slow as well.

The way that darkens the skin, causing her to take off the bones and fall, also causes the Krokodil is called "zombie drug".And, despite being in Russia, has arrived to USA and the rest of Europe, becoming a real concern of world authorities. After all, it is likely that, for the price and intensity, the Krokodil becomes the new crack.

And the trend is not merely speculative: in 2011, more than 65 million doses were seized in Russia, and more than two million infected acquaintances. Some of them, such as Andrey and Zhanna, appearing in the pictures below, livemarginalized and excluded from the rest of civilization. Take a look at how the lives of these people.

The krokodil is made from codeine, an opioid analgesic that can be purchased at any pharmacy without prescription Russian,as is the case with weaker analgesic in Brazil. The person synthesizes the drug in a kitchen using products such as gasoline, solvents, hydrochloric acid, iodine and Red phosphorous, which is obtained from matchbooks common, in addition to thetablets of codeine.

Of course none of these ingredients is ideal and the final product is not pure, but the result for the user is satisfactory. The consequence of putting so many chemicals in the vein is the irritation of the skin, which with little time is a scaly appearance. The area where the krokodil is injected begins to die, then the skin begins to fall to expose muscles and bones.

Cases of addicts needing amputation or cleaning of large areas of rot in their bodies are increasingly common in emergency rooms of hospitals in that country. The difficulty in fighting the use of this drug is in the little help that the Government givesto rehabilitation centers and in great ease in production anyway just a kitchen and the knowledge of how to "cook" the product. Drop the krokodil can be an extremely difficult task. Detoxification is very slow and the user feels nausea and painfor up to a month, and get a new dose is very easy. Physical and mental consequences of the continued use of the krokodilcan stay forever.

The krokodil can end up killing the user applicant in more or less 2 years and are rare cases of people who got rid of theaddiction. The migration of a drug to another is explained by dose value. Each use of heroin can cost in Russia 150 dollars (270 dollars), since the costs on average $ 8 krokodil (about 14 dollars). A cheaper alternative is the duration of the effects, which are much smaller.

While the effects of heroin can last 8:0, the krokodil lasts 90 minutes with a bit of luck. How to produce the drug takes about an hour, the person shall live only for produce and inject.
